Canadian researcher and policy advisor Dr. Satya Brink focuses on issues related to educational research and education policy.
As an affiliate researcher at the School of Education and Communication at Jönköping University, former director of national policy research on learning for the Canadian government, and as a consultant for international organizations such as the OECD, UNESCO, and the World Bank, she bridges the gap between scientific findings and educational policy practice.
Her research focuses on lifelong learning, educational equity, and social participation. Her perspective offers important insights into the discussion on how educational programs can be designed to facilitate learning across different stages of life and promote social participation.
The guest lecture will be held in English and is organized by the Chair of General Pedagogy and Educational Research.
